A smile is such a simple thing,
And in its very own way,
It adds a touch of happiness,
To any kind of day,
A smile can take the darkest day,
And turn it inside out,
A smile is just the beginning,
Of what love is all about,
A smile is like a little seed,
That starts a friendship growing,
A smile is such a simple thing,
For someone, well worth knowing,
Heaven and earth seem closer,
For at least a little while,
When two people are drawn together,
In exchanging just a smile………
